Welding

Welding quality assurence is under control. We have written Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) for all welding processes. We are performing Dye Penetrant Inspection after welding.

TUNGSTEN INERT GAS

TIG welding offers a solution for welding critical joints, proof joınts and for situations where small or exceptionally precise welds are required when TIG welding done correctly, it produces a high-quality and high-purity and visually perfect weld compared with other joining processes.

METAL INERT GAS / METAL ACTIVE GAS

At ANR MIG/ MAG Welding automation offers numerous benefits for all tube and chrome bar sizes.

1. Increase in Productivity: five times faster than humans by operating continuously

2. Consistent and Repeatability: same weld cycle continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3. Flexibility: eliminate tool changes and position

4. Safety

5. Quality: A robotic welder can achieve superior quality by ensuring the correct welding angle, speed, and distance with repeatability of accuracy. Ensuring that every single welding joint is consistently produced to the highest quality significantly reduces the need for costly rework.

6. Reduce Consumables : Robots are programmed to always weld to the correct length and size of the joint requirement, providing significant saving over time.

7. Reduced Production Costs: Through improvements in quality, consistency and productivity a robotic welding system can deliver parts at a reduced cost. Further saving can also be made through reduced energy consumption and consumable costs in addition to lowering workers compensation and insurance costs.

8. Increased Competitive Advantage

Implementing a robotic welding solution can set companies apart from the competition by allowing for faster completion and delivery of products whilst ensuring consistent quality.
